Electronic Test Technician
Electronic bench test technician wanted to join a semiconductor start-up company developing new non-volatile advanced memory technology in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
You will perform electrical characterization testing of advanced nonvolatile semiconductor memory devices. You will work as part of a development team assisting our joint development partners who are leading international semiconductor companies.
Duties will include wafer-level micro-probing on manual and automated test stations to characterize memory performance, creating automated analysis tools using Visual Basic to facilitate device characterization, wiring, and debug of new system upgrades, statistical analysis and preparation of reports as well as making customer presentations on test results. You will work evening shifts as required.
Qualifications and experience required:
- Associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience
- Experience using modern bench equipment such as O-scopes, pulse generators, and preferably DC parametric analyzers in the characterization of semiconductor devices
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong teamwork skills are a requirement
- Familiarity with Labview, C++ and Visual Basic desired

JDP manager
Professional to manage Joint Development Program (JDP) aimed at commercializing phase change memory technology with partner company. Partner is a leading semiconductor manufacturer under license to Ovonyx Inc. Background required is minimum BSEE, BSChE, BSPh or above with 5+ years experience in advanced memory development with a major semiconductor manufacturer. Experience required is device design and process integration/development of advanced memory technologies, experience in memory design and testing of devices desired. Must be a self starter and have demonstrated teamwork and team leadership skills.
